Olé! Olá! is located in the charming village of Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico. The atmosphere is lively, the foods delicious. It is a Spanish "tasca"  that will become one of your favorite restaurants!

Olé! Olá!'s aim is to provide a top quality tapas dining experience, using best ingredients obtainable.

Tapas, Spanish appetizers, are small plates of food enjoyed with a drink, glass of wine, or beer.  Our  offerings change daily and include traditional tapas plus creations by chef/owner Herb Hazen (Capi). We have an extensive wine selection, full bar with creative coctails by master barman Omar Duenas, and micro brew beers on tap.

The appeal of "Tapas" is the option to try several dishes instead of one entre. It allows friends and family to share a number of cultural dishes in the Spanish tradition. Olé! Olá!

Ole Ola now has a cooking school, "Delicioso" - for information or to get on our mailing list oleoladelicioso@gmail.com
